For students starting a four-year college degree, this means that half of what they learn in their first year of study will be outdated by their third year. You are responsible for your results. The key to success is understanding yourself, managing your blind spots, and creating processes around you that ensure you are headed in the right direction. Ken is a certified Business Coach, Organization Development specialist and NSPS trainer with more than 25 years domestic and international experience. He is certified in Enneagram, MBTI and DISC and also trained as a One Coach Business Coach. He specializes in organization development (OD), strategic planning, instructional design, leadership and management development, core competencies, performance management, and training & facilitation programs.
